The Women’s and Children’s Health Network acknowledges Aboriginal people as the First Peoples and Traditional Custodians of Country throughout South Australia. We acknowledge and respect their ongoing and deep spiritual connection and relationship to land, air, sea, waters, community and country. We pay our respect to their Elders past, present and emerging.

WCHN Feedback Circle

Feedback circle hero

The WCHN Feedback Circle: You Speak, We Listen, We Do is our way of making sure we listen to your experience, learn from it and always look to improve the way we provide care.

Giving feedback is an important right for every person accessing healthcare.

At the Women’s and Children’s Health Network we take your healthcare rights seriously and encourage you to share your experience with us.

Anyone who accesses one of our services can complete our online survey to let us know what was good or not so good about their experience.

This survey is voluntary, anonymous, quick and easy to fill out online or you can request a printed copy from your care team.

You may also receive an SMS from us after your visit with a link directly to the survey.

We will listen to your feedback and are committed to letting you know the outcome.

Thank you for helping us provide the best of care for women, babies, children and young people.

If you have concerns about your or your child’s health condition or a complaint about the care provided that requires urgent action, please contact the Consumer Feedback Coordinator directly via email: HealthWCHNConsumerFeedback@sa.gov.au.
