The WCHN Feedback Circle: You Speak, We Listen, We Do is our way of making sure we listen to your experience, learn from it and always look to improve the way we provide care.

Giving feedback about your experience is an important right for every person accessing healthcare.

The WCHN Feedback Circle Survey is voluntary, anonymous, quick and easy to fill out online, or you can request a printed copy from your care team.
