Information for Suppliers
The development of the new Women's and Children's Hospital is an exciting project for the South Australian Government, and there is plenty of enthusiasm from varying organisations to be involved in the process.
All procurement activities for the new WCH will be coordinated utilising State Procurement Board policies, with all open tenders advertised through the SA Tenders and Contracts website which provides easy-to-use access to all publicly available bidding opportunities within the South Australian Government. Suppliers are advised to regularly check the SA Tenders and Contracts website for future details and contact information.
Suppliers should also be aware that the SA Health recently established the 'SA Health Professional Services Panel' (the Panel) to enable access to a range of professional services from pre-qualified suppliers using a standardised contract and related processes. Application for the professional services panel is coordinated by SA Health Procurement and Supply Chain Management (PSCM).
To ensure probity is maintained at all times, all SA Health procurements will be made in accordance with the Probity in SA Health Procurement Policy Directive which mandates that all SA Health employees exercise probity in all procurements.
